Millestgården Eco Lodge serves a balanced diet where the food is carefully prepared and influenced by the regional food tradition. As much as possible, we use locally produced and organic ingredients.
BREAKFAST 08:00 – 09:00
Every day a buffet breakfast is served with the option of packing sandwiches for lunch in the mountains. If needed, breakfast can be served earlier.
DINNER 18:30 – 20:00
The evening's dinner consists of vegetarian starter soup, main course of the meat or fish of the region, a vegetarian main course and side dishes such as salads, fermented and baked root fruits and vegetables. Bread with butter and hummus, and coffee.
We always have a selection of desserts to round off with and bar with wine, beer, avec and various hot drinks.
